We say certifiably because this San Luis Obispo based florist has not only been awarded the status of Certified Floral Designer but has also earned induction into the prestigious American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD), an honor that she shares with only 1,200 individuals world-wide. An Iron Chef of floral design, Katie Noonan brings a strong sense of craftsmanship and uniqueness to her to floral creations. Her pieces have an artistic and modern quality to them that give each event a one-of-a-kind look. In addition to creating beautiful floral pieces, Noonan also rents a variety of accent pieces including vases, pedestals, alter pieces, candle holders, and LED candles. Noonan’s services also include delivery of flowers along with ceremony and reception site set up.
