Chelsea & Stefan’s Wedding • See Canyon Fruit Ranch

There is something magical about bringing to life a couple’s unique vision for their wedding day successfully. It does not come easily, as the day can always take unexpected turns, but when a team has the ability to work together on all aspects of the event, the potential for the day to come together and exceed the couple’s original expectations rises drastically.

On October 7th, 2017, Stefan and Chelsea brought their wedding vision to life with the help of an integrated Kramer Events team at the lush Central Coast Wedding venue See Canyon Fruit Ranch. In the midst of ancient Oak trees, vibrant gardens, and overflowing fruit orchards, you might expect that a dream wedding would come together naturally, however, there is a world of team planning behind the scenes that is the backbone of a beautifully crafted event such as the Hardy Wedding.

As all wedding professionals know, there are bound to be a handful of obstacles that arise; like when the handmade Cake Pops began melting in the sun and our coordinators rushed them into the shade. Or when the dreaded scenario of running out of beer arose, and our lead coordinator went out to buy more while her assistant and the rest of the team worked together to rearrange the agenda and ensure no stress was put onto the couple or their guests. The beer was delivered right on time and the party was a blast! It is these little issues that can make or break an event depending on how they are handled, and when you go with Kramer Events you get the comfort in knowing that things will be handled efficiently.

Stefan and Chelsea’s love was so strong that after only one year of knowing one another, they took a leap of faith and moved across country together, but when it came to the planning of their wedding day, they went the route of certainty by entrusting our team with the month-of-coordination, DJ, Photography, and Photo Booth services. Our desire to make our clients happy and raise the public’s expectations of event professionals allowed us to create a vision of excellence for the Hardy’s and the guests that came to witness the exchange of their love that day.

There is something about a vineyard wedding that absolutely inspires us! For those of us on the Central Coast, it’s a location that is part of our daily life and drive, but rarely do we get to really play with the elements at hand. We absolutely jumped at the chance to create a style shoot with the incredibly talented Korinna Peterson of Le Festin Events at the gorgeous and up-and-coming Terra Mia Vineyard on the west side of the Paso Robles Wine Country. Thank you to Korinna’s style, and some amazing partners we created a day to pin and be inspired by!


Nestled onto 30 acres of rolling hills in Paso Robles, Terra Mia Vineyards offers a charming secluded setting that promises to create the most memorable visit or event. This private estate offers everything you could ever want in a Central Coast wedding venue, or a wine country vacation. This unique property has it all… It features rolling vineyards outlined with olive orchards and highlighted with majestic Oak trees, and a gorgeous path lined lake centered within the venue- creating a canvas for beautiful lighting design and stunning photos.

We love the touches of gold throughout this shoot- from the round back dining chairs, to the cake, and beading elements around the charger. This simple metal is perfectly paired with pinks and greens that are so fresh for spring!

North Coast charm with a touch of European oppulance

Set among 25 acres of lush gardens, and a Monterey pine forest, this gorgeous hilltop lodge boasts a history of European nobility and adventure. Built in the early 1920’s by a European baroness seeking adventure and fun on the rugged California coastline, built the lodge as her personal resort within visiting distance of Hearst Castle. But alas her Husband, the baron, called her back to Europe- leaving the lodge to a development company, and dashing her hopes of parties with the Hearst Family.


The lodge today resembles a gorgeous, modern-day cabin with a ballroom, upgraded rooms and suites, and a fire side lounge- perfect for post-event nightcaps. The grounds of Cambria Pines Lodge pay tribute to the baroness with an English garden, and rows of sculpted hedges along the garden paths. Couples love the beautiful gazebo for their ceremony, and often host cocktail parties on the adjacent patio prior to begin their receptions.


The Peacock Room, beautifully comes alive for indoor receptions! Trimmed in pine, the room boasts high ceilings, a moveable dance floor, and a granite-topped built in pine bar. We love working with couples to take advantage of this space with lighting and draping.


While this Central Coast wedding venue is bursting with picturesque locations on site for photos and gatherings, the lodge is located just minutes from the iconic Moonstone Beach- perfect for wedding party photos, or capturing the sunset.

Cambria Pines Lodge can accommodate up to 300 guests; and is perfect for weddings, gatherings, and  corporate events.

Nestled in the little town of Santa Margarita, sits one of the longest continually operating cattle ranches in California- and our featured venue this week, Santa Margarita Ranch. The ranch has become a favorite venue among couples seeking a rustic yet sophisticated style for their wedding. The 15,000 acre property located just 15 minutes from San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles; features open space, vineyards, garden spaces, a barn, and an original Disneyland steam train!

The Santa Margarita Ranch is a special venue for our coordinators, Bri and Melissa, which is why we chose this very special place as our Featured Venue of the Week! Both coordinators rave about the incredibly accommodating and helpful venue staff, versatility of the space for events from rehearsal dinners to very large weddings and corporate events, and the uniqueness of the ranch’s steam train- a huge hit for wedding photos, and entertaining guests.

Bri’s favorite part of the venue is the iconic barn and the way the sun shines through the expansive doors at the golden hour, providing a natural backdrop for amazing photos. Melissa loves the plethora of photo back drops provided by the venue- there is no shortage of photo inspiration at the ranch! Both caution cake placement in the barn, as there is a resident barn owl that adds to the charm of the historic space!

Santa Margarita Ranch can accommodate up to 1000 guests; and is perfect for weddings, events, corporate parties, and rehearsal dinners.
