After working at Disney, Paul started off as an event assistant and worked his way up to become one of our main lead lighting techs. You’ll see him help lead all of our big lighting events, in addition to teaching our lighting techniques to our new team members. He’s also innovating new lighting services for us to bring to the industry!
As our warehouse and equipment manager, Paul now ensures our event teams have all the equipment they need to have incredible events. He’s the reason why our gear always works well and our team knows how to use it. He even makes sure we have backup gear available. Just ask him about our worst case scenario, pressure cooker trainings we do with our team if our equipment were to fail in the field.
You can learn a lot about someone by the music they listen to. Come in during the week and you’ll hear him playing upbeat Jazz music throughout the warehouse — keeping you calm, focused, and ready — it’ll even put a smile on your face. He’s a great guy who’s positive and calm outlook I admire and hope to emulate.
